    Saraswathi’s philosophy of working with clients is to “Collaborate to Co-create Change,” to help build ownership and enable sustained transformation, using coaching and systemic change approaches.  

    She coaches leaders, leaders & their teams and at an organizational level. At an organizational level, she collaborates to diagnose, design, and implement co-created change solutions. She works with team leaders and teams to enable them to become high performing and high value creating teams. 

    At an individual level, her 3 lens approach helps leaders’ to develop awareness within; themselves, as a Team Leader and as an organizational leader.

    She has worked across industries such as BFSI, IT & ITES, Manufacturing, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Management Consulting to name a few.

Her corporate experience includes Eicher Consultancy Services and British Oxygen Company (now Linde). She is adept at interpreting DiSC, Hogan, Birkman and Caliper.
