Arti Chaudhry

Arti is a graduate in Economics (H) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She has over 25 years of experience in the Manufacturing, FMCG, Technology, Financial Services and Telecom industry.

Arti has a consulting practice in Leadership Development and Organization Culture, since March 2000. Prior to that she has worked with the Eicher group for 9 years.

A significant part of Arti’s assignments are in the area of Diversity and Inclusion. She is actively involved in developing organization cultures that facilitate inclusion and develop leaders who leverage diversity. She has led assignments for Inclusion at the workplace at organizations like Sprinklr, Mars India, Bharti Infrastructure, Oerlikon India, and Max Life Insurance. 

Arti is also a trustee for “Rashtriya Virjanand Andh Kanya Vidyalaya Society”, an NGO that runs residential schools and career centers for visually impaired girls from underprivileged backgrounds and a trustee for “Nayi Disha” a school for children from marginalized communities in Gurugram.

Arti plays an active role in Prevention and Redressal of Sexual Harassment at the workplace. She is the external member of the “Internal Committee” for Prevention and Redressal of Sexual Harassment.
