Anil Sachdev

Anil Sachdev is the Founder and Chairman of School of Inspired Leadership, SOIL, a leading provider of Business and Management Education with campuses in Gurgaon and Manesar in India.

This School was established in 2008 with the partnership of a consortium of 32 leading firms including Tata Steel, Mahindra, Aditya Birla, Infosys, Dr Reddy, Hindustan Unilever, and Schneider. It offers full time Post Graduate Programs with focus on building leaders with solid character, whole systems thinking and the enthusiasm to serve the well- being of all.

It also offers executive education and consulting services to enable organizations to create shared vision and enable Purpose and Values led Transformation, build high performance teams, and culture and grow and develop their talent.

Anil is also the Founder of Grow Talent Company Limited that was established in 2001 and became a leader in Strategic HR consulting and later created SOIL. Grow Talent partnered with leading local and Global firms and brought Great Places to Work Institute to India before bringing Right Management, a unit of MANPOWER Inc to India and later transferred its consulting unit to this firm.

Anil is also the Founder of Eicher Consultancy Services, ECS that brought AT Kearney to India and later became a 50:50 JV with Strategic Decisions Group, SDG of Menlo Park, California. ECS was a full- service consulting firm that enabled clients to formulate and implement their strategy, transform operations, and design and introduce innovative People practices, enabling sustained high performance.

Anil has held several public offices such as Chair of the National Committees on Employee Relations, HR and Leadership of Confederation of Indian Industry, CII, Member of the World Compassion Council in Seattle, Academic Council of CEDEP at INSEAD Campus in Fontainebleau the Global Board of Shizenkan University in Tokyo and Chinmaya Mission, the Global NGO.

He has coached hundreds of CEOs and CXOs, worked with leadership teams on large transformation projects, done crucial projects and spoken at conferences all over the world.

Before founding ECS, Anil worked with Eicher Group for 13 years in leadership positions in HR, TQM and Operations.

He started his career with Tata Motors after completing his MBA.
