Charanjiv Singh

Charanjiv consults in the field of Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, and Leadership Development.

 With over 35 years of industry experience, he brings on-board a proven track record of turning around underperforming processes and systems. Trained in Operational Excellence in Japan, he has an in-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts such as JIT, Waste Elimination, TQC and TPM.

 Firmly believing that people engagement is critical for a sustained transformation, in his solutions he blends people issues with processes.

 Few of his recent achievements are:

  • Facilitated implementation of Lean, TQM, TPM and other world-class manufacturing practices thereby leading to improvements in OEE, quality, people engagement, profitability, and cash flows; 
  • Assessed organizations for Business Excellence using EFQM model;
  • Coached business owners; high potential employees to improve personal leadership effectiveness.

 Some of the companies he has worked/consulted with are: Volvo-Eicher, IBM-Daksh, Simon, American Express, Hindustan National Glass,  Quantum Group, UBS Bank, and Godrej & Boyce.

Charanjiv earned his B. Tech. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT-Bombay [1984]
