organisations such as Ford, Castrol/BP, Ashok Leyland and Jindal and in consulting organisations such as Valcon (leading consulting firm in Scandinavia), McKinsey and ECS Ltd (Now part of PwC)

During a consulting career spanning 16 years, I have led and delivered a number of transformation projects in the areas of business excellence, innovation, operations transformation, sales excellence and NPD.
